Visited Dr. Lapointe office 2 days ago. I must admit the staff was amazing and treated me with respect. Even though I was in pain they still were able to make some jokes and make me laugh. As for Dr. Lapointe he came in right away definitely gave me an in depth explanation of my issue (which I highly appreciate). Also I could tell it was in his best intrest to figure out what was going on and what is the best course of action to take. I give this facility a 5 out of 5 easily. I definitely recommend going here.

Great place for foot care.

Doctor LaPointe is the most caring and professional doctor I have ever encountered. The office will always work you in, you may have to wait but the wait will be worth it. Dr. LaPointe will do anything he can to help you all he asks is that you do the same and follow his care plans. The office staff and medical assistants are always friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel like family!

Everyone was so great, the doctor was caring and explained everything to me. Best doctor visit I have ever had. Would highly recommend it!! If I ever have need for my toe again I'll will not go anywhere else.

Dr Lapointe did a procedure for my 11-year-old. The office is very busy but it's because he's the best at what he does. The desk staff and nurses are wonderful as well.

Very smart Dr who is willing to help every person no matter what! The foot inserts they sell are NOT like what you buy at Walmart! And the heel lifts also can’t be purchased at Walmart. If you have PF please get what Dr. LaPointe suggests! I promise he isn’t after promoting something he doesn’t believe in. He is offering them for you to purchase because they will help you and he thrives to help his patients. And yes wait times can be long but that’s because in the back he and his employees are taking their time with each patient. When a patient comes through those doors they could have ulcers, and really bad infections, and take a little longer to get numb for nail removal. Please think about that while you are waiting. Yea your time is valuable but you may be waiting due to someone else’s loved one being ruled out for a blood clot or being scheduled for an amputation due to an infected ulcer that has gone too far!

Very pleased with the Rome office. From the front desk to the nurses and aides in the exam rooms, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. LaPointe explained everything in clear layman's terms. I would definitely recommend it if you have foot/ankle problems!

I had an excellent experience here. He and his staff were quite patient and understanding with me when I began to have a panic attack in his office after seeing the needles he was putting in my toe. They did their best to calm me down and assure me that everything would be fine. I highly recommend this doctor.

These people are awesome!! Not only did they get my son in quickly, but they were extremely efficient. From Dr. Lapointe's wife checking us in/out with kindness and understanding about finances, to Kathy being so sweet and gentle with my son, to Dr. Lapointe taking care of my son's foot with the utmost care and concern, never making us feel like just another patient. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them over and over again.

Dr. Laointe did an excellent job with my surgery on my feet I would recommend them to a family member or friend any day! I have a two-week check-up around November since I am a diabetic I have to be careful as my feet heal.

Dr. LaPointe is so good at his profession. He really takes care of his patients. His staff is also wonderful, polite, and funny, they just make you feel like you are part of the family, I will continue to recommend this practice to everybody.

Great experience at my appointment! I contacted the office at 10a and the office staff was able to get me an appt at 11:20 am. I only waited 15 mins in the waiting room while I completed the new patient paperwork. I was taken to a room where an awesome tech practiced AIDET (acknowledge, introduce, duration, explanation, and thank you) for those who are in the healthcare field. Additionally, Dr. LaPointe was professional, relatable, and efficient when explaining the partial ingrown toenail removal process. He only took 10 mins to remove the ingrown toenail and explained the aftercare instructions. Lastly, his bedside staff reviewed any loose ends with me and entered my prescriptions into the computer before I left. I appreciate Dr. LaPointe and his staff being mindful of my time while I was on my lunch break, but ensuring that they put my health first! I highly recommend Georgia Foot & Ankle Specialists - FIVE STAR!

Great experience with Dr. Lapointe. After not being able to see my primary care Dr for over two weeks and then going to urgent care and Dr. Gray giving me two prescriptions and telling me it would be better in two days I was tired of the medical system. I had never been to a podiatrist before but I'm glad I did. He listened to all my problems leading up to this and was very thorough in the exam and sent me for complete blood work up, I have kidney issues also. I don't know how it's going to turn out yet but I feel so much better-knowing somebody is actually trying to find out what is wrong with my foot. Thanks to Harbin Clinic Also, I'll see you in a few months and pay a lot of money for getting my blood pressure pills. I would also like to thank Dr. Gray at Floyd Immediate, (Urgent Care for not even caring what was wrong. Thanks again DR. LAPOINTE YOUR A FINE MAN WITH EXCELLENT STAFF.

Dr. Lapointe did surgery on our son's leg approx. 12-13 yrs ago. He was so down-to-earth and sincere about everything. Extremely talented and knowledgeable. We couldn't have been more pleased.
